With our Flexible Rate Sellers Program, our commission percentage varies – but our commitment to you doesn’t! We want your property to be One Step Closer to HOME for a new buyer. There are various options for you to choose, ranging from For Sale By Owner progrmams to Full Service Programs.

Under all options of the First Choice program, RE/MAX Advantage Realty charges a fee of $395 in addition to any and all fees and commissions.

This program does not apply to homes less than $125,000.
